Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time will range from 2-5 business (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on your area. Your order will reach you within approximately 10-14 days (maximum) after your order is placed.
Potential delays in delivery, postal service problems and third-party courier delays that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Please choose the correct shipping area that your shipping address belongs in, given at check out. If the area chosen is incorrect or belongs in another area, you will be notified in the change of delivery rate which will be added to your final invoice.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Workshop at 26/1c Huludagoda place down Huludagoda road, Mount Lavinia, Colombo
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thechildlikeexperience@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In case you are not able to collect your delivery, or our delivery partner is unable to contact you, for the second time, The order will be shipped back to us, and a separate delivery charge will be added to do your total bill.
